Mixed Media Collage pieces begin with the application of one my sepia toned Photomontage inkjet prints onto a wooden panel. Various hand-finished embellishments – including collage, paint and colored pencils – are used to enhance the unique story of each piece. The images are sealed with acrylic varnish and a layer of cold wax is applied, which is then buffed and polished to a satin finish, creating visual depth. Each piece is unique in the hand coloring and finishing process.
